Monthly Approved tournament to be fired: The third Saturday of each month as listed for 2024: Jan 20, Feb 17, Mar 16, Apr 20, May 18, Jun 15, Jul 20, Aug 17, Sep 21, Oct 19, Nov 16, Dec 21
Location of the range: 25 Miles NW of Richmond VA in Hanover County, GPS address 14100-14116 Boondock Lane Montpelier, VA 23192 or refer to club web site, Range #2
Competition: Open to members and public
Monthly Entry fee: $10.00 (under age 21 - Free)
Entries close: Day of match at 1:15 pm
Firing starts: 1:00 pm for sight in, competition starts at 1:30 pm
Rules: NRA Rules apply Club Safety Rules will be enforced. Open Bolt indicators required and no muzzles over berm.
Course of fire: 40-shot match for Standard Rifle and 40-shot match for Hunting Rifle. Competitors firing in both matches with a single rifle (either Standard or Hunting Rifle) will be scored as two separate 40-shot matches.
Targets: NRA Standard/Approved 1/5, target distances are in meters

General information: Please observe the 10 MPH speed limit on Boondock & Range approach road.
Awards: NRA “10-in-a-row” pins will be presented for the first ten in a row fired by each competitor per rifle/animal combination. “Ten in a Row” forms will be submitted to the NRA for Grand Slam award purposes.
